  3. Service, support, and maintenance of current or future customers

Interested in working with us? Here’s whats in it for you

  1. Generous revenue share for both hardware and software fees for all new referrals

  2. Installation fees/income - 100% yours

  3. Ongoing service and support for the life of Pubinno’s relationship with the account

  4. Joint business development for new accounts

  5. Working with a supplier that loves beer, great draft, and a real partnership

How it works:

1. Initial Proposal for Pilot or Proof of Concept (POC)

Pubinno begins new customer engagements with a “pilot” or “proof of concept” (POC) with most large customers prior to installing Smart Taps on all of the beer lines at an arena, stadium, bar, or restaurant. This is an opportunity for us to learn about the customer’s draft system, and ensure that we will be able to create value for them. Pubinno will involve the Installation Partner in defining the scope of the initial proposal for the Pilot or POC.

2. Pre-Installation Check

Smart Taps are designed to get the best results out of any draft system. However, they cannot fully compensate for a poorly functioning draft system. Pubinno team members will conduct a pre-installation check with the Installation Partner to ensure that the customer’s existing draft system willbe suitable, prior to creating a Final Pilot/POC Proposal, and before committing to an Installation Date. Pubinno will look to the Installation Partner to provide recommendations about ideal Pilot locations and highlight potential issues with the existing draft system.

3. Final Pilot/POC Proposal Support

Pubinno will prepare the Final Pilot/POC Proposal with input and recommendations from the Installation Partner. The Proposal will outline the findings from the Pre-Installation check and include any pre-existing draft system issues that will need to be fixed prior to the Installation Date. Coordination, scheduling, and payment will be between the Customer and Installation Partner. Smart Taps require power to operate, so the venue will be required to complete the installation of any electrical drops, cabling, or supplies required for a successful installation.

4. Installation

Pubinno will provide one or more team members to support and supervise installations as needed. The Installation Partner will be responsible for Smart Tap installation using their in-house technicians. Pubinno will ensure that installations meet our quality standards and sign off on completion.

5. On-Going Service, Support, and Maintenance

Pubinno team will provide training, guidance, and support to the customer’s staff. If the customer has any issues with Pubinno’s products or services, they will create a support request. The Pubinno team will use our remote diagnostic tools to determine the root cause of customer issues, and provide a resolution. If root cause is unrelated to Pubinno’s products or services (temperature, pressure, draft system, etc), Pubinno will notify the Installation Partner, and provide any relevant information to help troubleshoot and resolve the issue for the customer. Coordination, scheduling, and payment will be between the Customer and Installation Partner.
