Now we’re looking for an “People & Culture Manager” to join our People & Culture Team at a leading disruptor in the bar tech landscape, as recognised by CB Insights.
Here's What You'll be Doing:
Develop and execute Pubinno’s People & Culture strategy to foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing workplace culture.
Lead and manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding.
Partner with leadership to align organizational goals with people strategies, ensuring business objectives are supported through effective talent management.
Drive employee engagement initiatives by creating programs that enhance satisfaction, retention, and overall well-being.
Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including benchmarking and enhancing our offerings to ensure competitiveness in the market.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while proactively addressing workplace issues and concerns.
Manage learning and development initiatives to support employees’ professional growth and skill development.
Measure and analyze key HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Act as a culture ambassador, driving Pubinno’s mission to be a Great Place to Work by implementing innovative and inclusive practices.
Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to create an environment where all employees feel valued and empowered.
Desired Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years in a People & Culture or HR leadership role, preferably in a tech-driven or innovative organization.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret HR metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in HR technologies and tools, with experience using platforms.
Demonstrated ability to manage change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
