Sr. Marketing Specialist

Now we’re looking for a “Sr. Marketing Specialist” to join our Marketing Team at a leading disruptor in the bar tech landscape, as recognised by CB Insights.

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Explore new marketing trends and innovate ideas.

  • Responsible for creating digital marketing and social media ideation and strategies.

  • Being in charge of advertising account setups and optimizations.

  • Managing 3rd party performance marketing processes.

  • Implementing the marketing communication calendar, content, and storyline through all communication channels.

  • Managing the company’s websites.

  • Procure updates and reports to track growth and success rates of paid and non-paid communication activities. 

  • Assist in creating monthly/weekly reports.

  • Developing communications strategies, and managing owned, earned channels such as websites, social media accounts, blogs, and publications with an efficient calendar.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience

  • Min. 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing advertising and min 1 year of experience in E-commerce, SEO, and SEM

  • At least 2 years of experience in a hyper-growth/fast-moving environment

  • Experience in the startup and technology sector is a plus.

  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets

  • Seeking new partnerships and providing strategy for paid and non-paid media

  • Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Google Optimize, Google Search Console, Meta Business, Semrush, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  • Experience using Squarespace is a plus

  • Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite

  • Excellent command of English
